Step 01 Preparation
The leather is cut by hand and prepared for the moulding process.

Step 02 Moulding
The leather is placed in a special mould for 12 hours to permanently achieve the desired silhouette.

Step 03 Stitching
Italian Nappa leather — cut, punched, and glued by hand. Double hand stitching with German thread.

Step 04 Final step
Shaping and burnishing the edges, custom initials added if requested & quality control.
